Systems Engineering & Operations (SEO) provides complete support for your information technology infrastructure, enabling you to focus on delivering your IT application services for academic and administrative functions. We provide a complete service environment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

SEO staff are knowledgeable about operation and administration of “architected, standardized” hardware, application, networks, environmental, and software technologies.

We offer:

  1. Data Center space in which you can site your own hardware and/or
  2. Monitoring of servers and services
  3. Incident management

Service Level Agreements can be tailored to your specific needs. Rates are based on cost recovery, are economically priced, and individually negotiated based on your IT needs.
