Tech Support: Help Desk
With almost 5 million hits to the self-help web pages, and over 8000 walk-ins and 92,000 phone calls to (608) 264-HELP each year, the DoIT Help Desk is a thriving campus resource. The Help Desk offers round-the-clock service so students, faculty and staff can get their technical problems resolved quickly and at no cost.

Repair and Desktop Support (RaDS)
DoIT offers competitive rates for hardware and software installation, and disk wipes, and is an authorized warranty service center for Apple, Dell and Hewlett Packard.

Training
DoIT’s Professional Technical Education offers a wide range of affordable training classes (e.g., Access, Dreamweaver, Hyperion, PowerPoint) to UW staff and the broader community.

DoIT Tech Store
The DoIT Tech Store, located at 1210 W. Dayton Street, carries Dell and Apple computers, dozens of competitively priced software applications, supplies (e.g., ink cartridges, mailing labels) and other parts and peripherals (e.g., RAM, printers, wireless cards, cables).
