ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM

The DP&PS Ordering system was designed to improve upon the email based system that we have successfully used since 2001.We have added many new features from suggestions from our customers.

One Time Login
The System remembers your user information, billing, job details and will allow you to review and make changes to an order until a Customer Service Representative opens your print job for production.

User Screen
The User Screen will allow you to edit your contact information, password, place print jobs, and review currect orders.

Ordering
Once you have logged into the system, you can place an order by selecting the type of print job and pressing the "Create" button.

Billing Information
Your billing information is linked to your user information. You can create/edit/delete any billing information you use to order your printing. The billing information will be available next time you log in.

Reviewing Print Jobs
Your print job will be viewable after you submit the job by selecting the "Current Orders Report" button on the User Screen. Select the "View Order" button to view your print job.

You will be able to edit the print job until the Customer Service Representative places the job in production.

ONLINE EMAIL FORMS

The following forms generate an email to our customer service department with a duplicate copy displayed on the screen at the time of completion.

The form is for one time use. Future ordering will require input of all fields depending on your web browsers settings.

PRINTED ORDER FORM

There is three options for submitting a printed order form.

  1. Stop at any of our three On-Demand Print Centers.

    We can provide you with the DP&PS Order Form (PDF) and will submit it for routing through our customer service department.

  2. Fax a completed DP&PS Order Form (PDF) to our main office at (608) 262-5747.

  3. Submit a DP&PS Order Form (PDF) via the campus mail. Do not use this method if timing is an issue.

Reminders

  • If you submit your Order Form by Fax or Online Form, please place all electronic files in a folder and place them in our Drop Box.

  • Only fax orders for electronically submitted work or permanent file jobs.

  • Include the DP&PS Order Form (PDF) with any camera ready art or electronic media such as diskette, zip disks, and CDs.

  • Include an account number, your name, contact information, and shipping instructions with all work.

  • Orders will not be processed without an account number.

  • Download the Preflight Checklist (PDF) and then fax it in with a laser & color seperations of your file.
