Desktop Support
DoIT can assign a technician to your site for half a day or entire day. Technicians can be scheduled to your site for regular weekly visits, half-weeks or even full-time. Site fees are waived and discounted rates may be available for on-going, scheduled commitments. Our vendor-certified specialist will be at your disposal to check out and resolve your hardware, LAN connection, and software problems, to help relocate your office, or to install and upgrade equipment, software and printers to support your office needs. No need to move a single PC or printer out the door. Contract for one day, once a week, or once a month– whatever suits your needs.
Our focus is desktop support but we also perform server management functions when your server is not located on the DoIT platform. DoIT server management performed on the DoIT platform by Data Center Operations is most efficient and safest. But when that is not an option for you we can supplement to meet many needs.
