DoIT is an authorized warranty service center for Apple and Dell Desktops, Laptops and Servers. DoIT is also authorized to provide HP Laser printer warranty service.
DoIT will not work on machines made by other manufacturers (including HP computers) that are still covered by their manufacturer's warranty. You can visit the support pages for any major computer manufacturer and check to see if your computer is still under warranty. The work that DoIT does may void your warranty, so to better protect you and your investment, we encourage you to have your warranty-protected systems serviced by the original manufacturer. However, we are happy to work on these machines once their warranty has expired (please see the T&M page for more information).

WiscCare Service Plans are contracts designed to provide DoIT customers with a convenient, efficient and economical way to keep their computer systems and servers in good operating condition with a minimum of downtime. WiscCare comes in several varieties:
- Base Service Plans: Annual, fixed-price agreements for systems with an expired manufacturer’s warranty.
- WiscCare Options: Customize your service plan with comprehensive additional services.
- Warranty Enhancements: Improve manufacturer’s limited warranty coverage to cover critical requirements for uptime day and night.
- AppleCare Protection Plan Enhancements: Improve Apple’s AppleCare
Protection Plan with additional premium services, including operating
system and application services.
